Lunch: SB&J - Organic Sunflower Seed Butter with Homemade Organic Strawberry Preserves, served with a side of Carrots and Organic Fruit, and for dessert: Marshmallow Whole-Grain Crispy with added flaxseed, oatbran and Kosher marshmallows.
Snack: Organic Carrot Cake Bar
Tuesday
Lunch: Turkey Empanada Stuffed with Legumes, Ground Turkey, Brown Rice, Roasted Tomatoes, and Corn, and for dessert: Cinnamon Cookie made with squash, whole-grains, flaxseed and organic raw sugar.
Snack: Hummus, Pita Strips, and Carrots
Wednesday
Lunch: Lettuce Wraps, Spring Roll Style with Organic Chicken, chopped with Carrots, Sprouts, and Brown Rice and a side of Organic Grapes & Melon, and for dessert: Organic Popcorn Balls with organic ground flaxseed & oatbran.
Snack: Apples, Whole-Grain Crackers, and Tahini
Thursday
Lunch: Organic Cheese Pizza with Whole Wheat Dough, fresh mozzarella, with a serving of Local Fruit and Seasonal Salad and for dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookie with flaxseed.
Snack: Granola Energy Bar
Friday
Lunch: Organic Pasta Salad with Whole Grain Pasta, chicken, carrots, tomatoes, slivered bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, and mozzarella, and for desert: Vanilla Cupcake with Sprinkles (includes a half serving of vegetables)
Snack: Soft Pretzel with dipping sauce
